Law of Libya

The law of  Libya is characterized by  its highly changeable nature, because notably of teh following events:  

-- Option of Libya for a market economy,
-- future accession of Libya to the World Trade Organization,
-- Acceleration of the globalization.

have resulted in a revision and appropriate adaptations in all areas of the law of Libya. These changes in the law of Libya are still underway and will extend over several years.
